- Bookings must be guaranteed by credit/debit card.
- Minimum 2 nights stays at weekends. Please ask for availability of 1 night stays.
- Standard check-in from 3pm til 10pm. Pre-advised & unavoidable arrivals after 10pm can be arranged. For arrivals before 3pm, if the room is not ready, luggage can be stored.
- Check out is by 11.00am. Extended checkout available by arrangement.
- Swan House is a no-smoking house.
- Pets are not allowed at Swan House.
